When starting capsules be sure to take 1 capsule and wait 45 minutes before taking the second one. Reactions are very rare but can happen. Cayenne can be harsh on some people, if this happens to you, please stop using it immediately. Take 2 capsules every 3 hours or as needed until symptoms subside.
